Frequently Asked Questions

Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
 
The balance is due 14 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 14 days of arrival.
 
A pre-authorization of GBP 1000.00 is due 1 days after arrival and released 7 days after departure. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day after arrival and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable however we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future.

90% of our listings welcome well behaved dogs (no extra charge). We will provide you with a welcome pack for your fury family member and even recommend local beaches as well as restaurants that like us love pets.

We provide a high chair and cot on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide other equipment, such as a travel cot, car seat and stair guard. Please contact us for further details. We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site.
